Semi-auto slicing and bagging line: what's new in the current generation

Rokintekhinvest continues to build out its in-house manufacturing of semi-automatic bread slicing and bagging lines. The line consists of two core units: the SF band slicer and the SP clip-seal bagger.

SF Band Slicer — delivers consistent slice thickness at high speed. Tool-free slice-thickness changeover. Handles pan bread, hearth bread, baton loaves, and toast-bread formats.

SP Clip-Seal Bagger — accepts the sliced product and seals it in polyethylene or polypropylene film. Digital parameter control: seal temperature, belt speed, bag length.

The advantage of in-house manufacturing: short lead times (no waiting on an overseas supplier), on-site service, and no backorders on spares. Extended warranty available up to 24 months.

For plants running a broader SKU list, the line can be extended with horizontal flow wrappers — for rolls, flatbreads, and pita — and multi-head baggers for small-piece product like dried bagels (sushki), ring-shaped bread (baranki), and rusks.

The economic case: 60–70 % reduction in hand labor on the packaging station, consistent on-shelf product presentation, and lower transport-damage rates.
