UzFood 2026 (Tashkent)

25th-anniversary edition of the Food Products, Ingredients and Production Technology show. A record 529 exhibitors from 26 countries, filling every pavilion on the site for the first time. 80 % of exhibitors are international, with national pavilions from Belarus, Russia, Germany, China, and Korea. The co-located O'ZuPACK show covers packaging equipment and automated lines. Uzbekistan's food industry is growing at 9.7 % per year.
