Equipment order
The dough passes through three stages of lamination and gauging, after which an auger (screw) filler deposits a continuous filling ribbon onto the dough sheet. The filled dough is then rolled into a spiral or co-extruded into a filled rope, which — depending on the product — is portioned by a guillotine cutter.
